Today we are realising new IDoBlog. Main feature of this version is, that IDoBlog now works faster up to 4x! Also were updated IDoBlog modules. We are tested it on high overloaded sites, and it works great!

Also, from this build, we are changing the rules of IDoBlog version numbering. Now actual version is 2.1.23, here is decscribtion:

• 2.x.x - major version
• x.1.x - minor diferences betveen versions
• x.x.23 - build revision number (maybe out of order)

In previos build was corrected some things, which were made by mistake.

You should to update the same files as previosly:

1. components/com_idoblog/idoblog.php
2. components/com_idoblog/idobloghelper.php
3. components/com_idoblog/models/entry.php
4. components/com_idoblog/views/entry/tmpl/entry.php
5. components/com_idoblog/views/entry/view.html.php
6. components/com_idoblog/xajax/write.php
7. languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_idoblog.ini
8. languages/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_idoblog.ini

Were fixed some minor bugs and corected language files:

1. Changed working of tags when user write and edit topic
2. Changed language pack file in 40, 41, 42 rows
3. and some little bugs

Today, we have reduced the cost of IDoBlog Community 2

• IDoBlog Community 2.0 version - $ 88 was $ 138
• IDoBlog Community 2.0 version (with linkback to idoblog-community.com) - $ 38 was $ 88
• IDoBlog Community 2.0 license for additional sites - $ 8 was $ 18

All this is due to the fact that we are currently developing a new version, which will be equipped with a system of plugins. The fact that some users IDoBlog, owners of large sites, they want more functional, but not all the functional needs rest, so we decided it would be correct if users can make they own IDoBlog pack, to achieve their desired solutions. The current version of IDoBlog Community 2.0 has proved a very good side, because from customers no serious complaints and we are in a more relaxed mode to continue to improve IDoBlog. Therefore we decided till formally release of a new version a bit of a sale to even more people could get real benefits from IDoBlog CE 2.0 :)

All buyers of the actual version version of IDoBlog, traditionally receive the next version as a gift.

IDoBlog was update. There was corrected CSS-styles and problem with IE.

You need to replace all IDoBlog files via FTP exclude your config file, if you do not want to set up IDo again.

To fix problems with displaing in IE, you should to make changes as wrote below. These changes have been made in the Joomla! core file in order to avoid distortions in the structure of attempts to complete loading DOM document. Previously this error was appeared in browsers IE5, IE6, IE8. We will report about this error to Joomla! developpers team, maybe they will include this fix in official realise, but now we are forced to make changes manually.

IDoEditor was updated. Was fixed downloading flv and swf options. New version of editor you can download in "Download" section.

Today were updated IDoBlog, Live news module, Latest comments module. Were updated filtering blog's displaing.

Latest comments  module. Need to replace siteroot/modules/mod_idoblog_latestcomments/helper.php

In the new version have been fixed minor bugs and added new features with notification events.
